BMW or Mini still under Warranty?
In October 2003 European Union legislation changed the way cars may be serviced and repaired giving motorists more freedom in their decision as which garage looks after their car. This means a BMW or Mini which is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty can choose the garage their car is repaired without invalidating the manufacturers warranty, no longer do they have to be serviced by a franchised dealer.
